"Bad strategy is long on goals and short on policy or action."
Richard Rumelt - Author of Good Strategy Bad Strategy

Refine and implement your strategy

Strategy is about dealing with the gap between a new opportunity and your limited capabilities. Because resources and capacity are limited, choices need to be made on where to focus. This requires understanding where you currently stand, identifying where you want to go, and then building a route to what comes next.

In my experience, building and implementing strategy is often a complex adaptive journey where deeper learning and mindset shifts need to accompany the development of clear goals. Many organizations are caught in the day-to-day operations. There are also constraints in terms of the existing organizational culture and the historic 'DNA' of the organization. In simple terms, the people side of strategy development matters.

I have a strong network of Seattle-based and Johannesburg-based partners to help you craft, develop and implement your strategic plan.

And if I am not the best person to help, I will suggest who you should speak to.
