Leadership and Talent Development 

I am excited to help you think through and implement transformational learning experiences for the people in your organization.

 

I draw on my fifteen years facilitating leadership learning experiences, talent development and executive education for 40 regional and global clients (business, government and nonprofit) mostly at 90% (or above) evaluations. I have worked with 3000 executive MBA participants, led 10 years of US west-coast technology-related company engagements, and run 300+ immersive learning experiences in complex low income urban and rural contexts.

 

Over twelve years, I facilitated dialogue on complex DEI issues and learning for 300 participants at UK-SA FTSE 250 investment bank (Investec). I led the team running 160 ‘societal complexity’ immersions for 4000 leaders at Africa's biggest bank lender by assets (Standard Bank).

New technologies present opportunities but can create barriers to real connection and growth. I understand how online and in-person experiences combine. I have led technology-initiatives including developing new faculty studio for online delivery and leading the shift of traditional programs into virtual contexts. 

I have developed relationships with and taught sessions for several US business schools, including UW's Foster School of Business and I have published 4 award-winning cases studies on social impact with Harvard Business Publishing
